We prepare orders within four working days and send them with PostNL. After dispatch, PostNL's indicative transit times include 1–2 working days to Belgium, 2–3 to Germany and Denmark, 2–4 to France, 3–5 to Spain, 3–5 to Sweden, 3–5 to Italy, and 4–6 working days for a standard parcel to the United Kingdom. Other EU destinations vary by country. These are estimates, not guarantees; busy periods, disruptions and customs (for the UK) can take longer. Rates include VAT.
Returns
- You may tell us within 14 days after receiving an online order that you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason.
- After notifying us, send the goods back within 14 days. You pay the direct return-postage cost for a change-of-mind return.
- You may inspect a product as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and operation.
- Personalised goods and any other statutory exceptions are excluded only where the law permits. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods follow the legal-guarantee process and their return cost is ours.
